RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
No Returns, No Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased from RS AUTHENTIC.
Policy Details:
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final and non-refundable
- We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles
- Items cannot be returned for store credit or refund
- This policy applies to all products, including sale and promotional items
- Pre-Orders cannot be returned
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rsauthenticitems@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- A description of the issue
We will review each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
Authenticity
RS AUTHENTIC assures product authenticity and offers a money-back guarantee for inauthentic items. However, we are not liable to refund for modifications in items from the seller’s end.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
International return and Exchange Policy
All other policies mentioned above are also applicable for international costumer.
All international transactions are converted to USD and the received amount shall be refunded to the buyer's original method of payment for the exact value as received. Any difference in the refund amount due to currency exchange is the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Shipping (Costumer Responsibility)
Refund shall be processed for the value of the item(s) and does not include any Shipping Costs, TLC Promo Credits, Vouchers, Customs Duties & Taxes, Restocking Fee, and/or any other local taxes paid by the costumer.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, any Customs Duties & Taxes borne by RS AUTHENTIC shall be deducted from the buyer's refund.
Please note that the cost of return shipping for all international orders is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment back to our facility.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The package must be clearly marked with the RMA number on the outside of the box. Failure to include the RMA number may result in delays or refusal of the return
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
